“Economy and Management: Theory and Practice” is a peer-reviewed scientific journal founded in 2015, which highlights current issues in the theory and practice of modern economic relations.
The purpose of the journal is to publish the results of scientific research and practical experience on a wide range of pressing problems in the field of industry and regional economic systems, finance, innovative development, economic and mathematical methods in the economy.
The collection of scientific papers covers theoretical and empirical studies on the economic development of regions and sectors of the economy, finance, monetary circulation and credit, innovation; development and use of mathematical methods and models in order to transform the socio-economic processes of public life.
Articles submitted for publication in the journal should have relevance, high quality, elements of scientific newness; have theoretical and practical value, be based on a modern methodological base using modern methods of scientific research.
Discussion of scientific and practical problems of the development of socio-economic systems and their solutions in the collection of scientific papers “Economics and Management: Theory and Practice” facilitates the transfer of knowledge in the areas of research by scientists and practitioners.
The materials of the collection are intended for specialists and teachers in the field of regional and sectoral economics, finance and credit, innovative development, economic and mathematical methods, as well as for graduate students and students of economic specialties. The collection is published 4 times a year.

The collection of scientific papers "Economy and Management: Theory and Practice" is in the public domain, that is, its contents are free of charge for users. Open access implies that users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search or find the full texts of journal articles by reference without prior permission from the publisher and author. In this case, a link to the publication is required.
Publication fees
There is no fee for reviewing, editing and publishing in the collection of scientific papers “Economy and Management: Theory and Practice”. Copyright royalties are not paid.

The journal publishes scientific articles, scientific reviews and reviews not previously published and not intended for simultaneous publication elsewhere without restrictions throughout the year. In case of a positive review, article should be included in the next issue of the journal in order. Authors are responsible for the content of their articles and the fact of their publication. The editors do not always share the opinion of the authors and are not responsible for unreliability of published data.
Rules for Submission
The author (authors) prepares the manuscript text of a scientific paper in Russian (title, details of authors and keywords in English) in electronic form according to the Rules for the Sending, Reviewing and Publishing Scientific Articles
1. The author sends to the editorial office a cover letter (snteutp@sevsu.ru) in the prescribed form according to the Rules for the Sending, Reviewing and Publishing Scientific Articles:
► Article file in RTF format with the extension .rtf
The file name should be named according to the surname of the author(s) (e.g., Ivanov.rtf).
► Separate file in RTF format with the extension .rtf should include information about the author's of the article: full name, academic degree and academic rank, affiliation and the author's position (for academic – the Department/Faculty and Institute should be indicated; for practitioners – the Department should be indicated), job; e-mail, contact information (postal address, phone number, e-mail) (on Russian and on English).
The manuscript of the article must be submitted by one of the co-authors, who assumes responsibility for the article during its submission and review.
2. It is necessary to have a signed and duly certified review of the scientific adviser for graduate students and applicants for the scientific degree of candidate of sciences.
3. Chief editor checks the article for compliance with the journal profile, checks the material in the "Antiplagiat" system, for compliance with the requirements for formatting. Due to the results of moderation the article should be sent to the author for reformatting.
Articles with a text originality of at least 80% are allowed for moderation and possible further publication. If the article does not meet this requirement, then it is not accepted for moderation.
4. All scientific articles submitted to the editorial office of the journal "Economics and Management: Theory and Practice" must be reviewed. The terms of review in each individual case are determined by the executive secretary, taking into account the creation of conditions for the fastest possible publication of the article. The maximum review period is one month.
5. In the case of a review of the recommendations for revision, the article is sent to the author.
6. The final decision on whether the publication is taken after reviewing the chief editor.
7. The authors of published articles that are not subscribers to the magazine, and who wish to receive a hard copy of the magazine, can pay the cost of delivery and 1 copy print issue of the journal. The electronic version of the magazine will be sent to the author at his e-mail address free of charge.
8. In the case of a positive decision the chief editor of the publication, publishing group determines the order of publications, depending on the ordering of articles and topics of issues of the magazine and the author tells about this on the specified e-mail.

The editorial board of the journal "Economics and Management: Theory and Practice" adheres to the principles of publication ethics accepted by the international community which are reflected, in particular, in the recommendations of the Committee on the Ethics of Scientific Publications (Committee on Publication Ethics, http://publicationethics.org/).
In order to avoid unfair practice in publishing activities (plagiarism, presentation of false information, etc.) and to ensure high quality of scientific publications and public recognition of the scientific results obtained by the author, each member of the editorial board and editorial board (hereinafter referred to as the editor), author, reviewer, publisher, and institutions involved in the publishing process must comply with ethical standards, norms and rules and take all reasonable steps to prevent violations of them.
Ethical guidelines for the editor
- responsibility for making a decision on publication based on the reliability of the work in question and its scientific significance;
- compliance with the editorial policy of the journal, taking into account the current legal requirements in relation to libel, copyright, legality and plagiarism;
- use of the «double blind» review policy («double-blind» peer review policy) and ensuring an efficient peer review process;
- ensuring the confidentiality of information about the accepted manuscript;
- non-use of submitted and unpublished materials in personal research;
- resolution of editorial conflicts of interest.
Ethical guidelines for authors
- compliance of the submitted materials with ethical and legal standards;
- presentation of original materials in compliance with third-party copyrights;
- submission of relevant bibliographic references or written permission of a third-party author in the case of using the works or statements of other authors, as well as in the presence of textual or graphic information from previously published research of the author;
- presentation of high quality materials, no falsification and data manipulation;
- no plagiarism;
- material design in accordance with the requirements of the journal.
Ethical guidelines for reviewers
- objective and impartial assessment of the reviewed material;
- non-use of submitted and unpublished materials in personal research;
- respect for the confidentiality of the review process;
- a non-discriminatory approach to evaluating the content of manuscripts;
- observance of confidentiality during the review process;
- submission of a clear and reasoned review in a timely manner.
All scientific articles submitted to the editorial office of the journal "Economics and Management: Theory and Practice" must be reviewed.
1. The manuscript is undergoing double-blind peer review. The article is transferred to the reviewer without specifying any information about the authors, the review is sent to the author of the article without specifying the names of the reviewers and any information about them.
2. Peer review is carried out by members of the editorial board of the journal or external reviewers. It is taken into account that the expert has publications on the subject of the work under review during the last three years when a reviewer is choosing. External reviewing involves specialists with recognized authority and working in the field of knowledge to which the content of the manuscript belongs.
3. Reviewing of articles is carried out on a voluntary and free basis. Reviewers are notified that the manuscripts sent to them are the intellectual property of the authors and refer to information that is not subject to disclosure. Reviewers are not allowed to make copies of the manuscript of the article for their own needs, as well as transfer the manuscript to third parties in whole or in part.
4. The review must contain a qualified analysis of the article material, its objective assessment, is drawn up in free form with the obligatory coverage of the following provisions:
- the relevance of the topic and the validity of the problem statement;
- statement of a problem or task to be solved;
- scientific novelty and practical relevance of the received results;
- evaluation of the main received results;
- available conclusions based on the article results;
- justification of the statement and conclusions, in particular, available references to the bibliography cited and other information sources;
- available bibliography with references to sources from the article text;
- the quality of the article design: style, terminology, wording, clarity of tables, diagrams, figures, etc.
The reviewer draws up a conclusion that is based on the analysis of the article:
- the article is recommended for publication;
- the article needs revision in accordance with the comments of the reviewer;
- article rejected (the reasons are indicated).
5. If the manuscript does not meet one or several criteria, the reviewer indicates in the review the need to revise the article and gives recommendations to the author to improve the manuscript (inaccuracies and errors made by the author are indicated). The comments and wishes of the reviewer must be objective and principled, should be aimed at improving the scientific and methodological levels of the manuscript. The editors inform the author of the result of the review.
6. Articles that have been revised by the author are re-sent for review to the same reviewer who made critical comments. The article is sent to the author for revision and must be returned in a corrected form as soon as possible no later than two weeks after the author receives the review. A letter from the authors is attached to the revised manuscript, it should contain answers to all comments and explain all changes that have been made to the article. The editorial board reserves the right to reject articles if the author is unable or unwilling to take into account the wishes of the reviewer, and also if the corrected version of the manuscript was received later than a month after receiving the first review.
7. Editors do not enter into correspondence with authors of rejected articles. Rejected articles are not reviewed again.
8. The review is signed by the reviewer, his signature must be certified by a HR specialist and stamped.
9. The term for making a decision on publication is no more than a month.
10. The originals of the reviews are kept in the editorial office for five years from the date of publication of the articles.
11. The editorial office of the publication undertakes to send copies of the reviews to the Ministry of High Education and Science of the Russian Federation, if the editorial office receives a corresponding request.
